Our Story
Live To Inspire Youth Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Jay Donaldson, dedicated to empowering and supporting youth in our community. Our mission is to help young people become leaders and make a positive impact on the world around them. We achieve this through three core pillars: Education beyond the classroom, providing mentorship and life skills; Athletics, teaching teamwork, discipline, and leadership; and Exposure, creating opportunities that broaden horizons and build confidence. Through these pillars, we equip youth with the skills, experiences, and confidence they need to succeed and make a lasting difference.
Exposure
Exposure is essential to a young person’s personal and professional growth. Our mission is to broaden their horizons by introducing them to new experiences, industries, and career paths beyond their immediate surroundings.
Athletics
Sports play a vital role in shaping young people’s character and growth. That’s why we prioritize athletic participation as a core part of our mission to inspire and empower youth.Â
Education
Our mission is to equip students with both academic support and real-world knowledge through programs in real estate education, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.Â
